Core Values



Our Core Values do not exist in a vacuum
Life is lived in a messy world, but we will strive to express a spirit of excellence without sacrificing authenticity. We live out our core values recognizing a Dynamic Tension exists between key values in the culture of the Kingdom of God. Because the word “balance” implies a “perfectness” that is unrealistic and life has “leanings” in any given moment, we have identified our core values that live in a “dynamic tension” with each other. We believe these tensions are the root of what we want to operate out of. You will find these words are not opposites but rather complimentary.
GRACE AND FAITH– Ephesians 2:8 states that “we are saved by grace through faith,and this not of ourselves, it is the gift of God.”

HONOR and AUTHENTICITY – We emphasize a “culture of Honor” where the gifts and callings of God in each individual define how we relate to one another, especially those in roles of leadership.
